Du packst dir am besten sowohl d\u00fcnnere Bekleidung f\u00fcr die bewegungsintensiven Asanas ein als auch w\u00e4rmende Oberteile f\u00fcr die Entspannungs\u00fcbungen. Vergiss nat\u00fcrlich nicht genugent Wasser und ein Handtuch mitzubringen. Eine Yogamatte brauchst du bei uns nicht!
